When joining our swimming school, you will be required to sign the
enrollment contact. This is an on going contract which can be
cancelled by either party on giving one full calendar's month notice in
writing of the intention to terminate lessons.
In order to secure a place in one of our lessons you will be required to
pay a refundable deposit equal to one month's fees. On receipt of your
written notice letter, the deposit will be used to pay for your child's last
month's fee or will be refunded to you, which ever is applicable. The
deposit will be increased annually, proportionately to the fees.
We pride ourselves in the high level of individual attention which is given
to our swimmers. In order to ensure that this standard is maintained,
each swimmer is allocated a specific time slot. Due to this we are
unable to make up any classes which have not been attended by the swimmer.
Making up classes in another time slot would only jeopardize the level and
quality of teaching that we could provide to our swimmers who attend their
lessons as agreed to when joining our swimming school.
